Hot file is a great site for downloading different stuff like games software etc but if you do not have premium account and you need to download more then one file then you need to wait for at least 30 Minutes which is huge in this time of age to get rid of waiting time duration limit you need to apply simple trick.
1 You need to delete all browser history
2 Unplug modem cable and reconnect
3 Change your clock's time.
Keep in mind if you are using any kind of download manager you also need to wash out that software history.
